Common questions

How long is a fiberglass lap pool?

Our fiberglass lap pools run long and narrow, around 14 by 40 or 16 by 40 feet. That gives you a clear straight lane for morning laps and steady exercise. These are fitness lap pools for the home, not a certified competition length.

Can you actually swim laps in a fiberglass pool?

Yes. The long, narrow shape is built for a straight swimming lane. You get room for steady laps, water walking and gentle low-impact fitness. It suits daily exercise at home rather than formal race training.

Will a lap pool fit in my Ohio backyard?

A long lap shell often fits a narrow or side yard that a wider pool cannot use. We look at your access, ground conditions and layout before we quote. Every yard is different, so a free site check gives you a real answer.

How long does it take to install a lap pool in Ohio?

After we dig the lane, we lower the shell in and set it. Most backyard builds are swim-ready in 2 to 4 weeks. Site conditions and weather can move that a little.
